The Role:
Due to a proposed company expansion we are looking for a highly motivated Industrial Consultant to develop a warm Industrial desk, exploring new business opportunities in Dagenham and surrounding areas.
Running a full ‘360’ desk, responsible for the whole recruitment process, this is an excellent opportunity to build-up your own network in a great working environment.
Your will receive an excellent training package plus full team support.
The Package:
Basic salary 18-24K per annum depending on experience, plus commission.
20 days holiday rising to 25 days after 1 years’ service.
Access to a Company Car.

Ideal Candidate:
Candidates should have previous Recruitment Sector exposure ideally in the Logistics & Distribution or Industrial market and should have a demonstrable billing history.
Excellent proven background in sales and business development is essential from both Canvas and Face to Face sales activity.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experienced in managing high volume Industrial contracts.
Hard working dedicated individual who strives for good results who can work under pressure to tight deadlines.
You will be targeted to achieve approx. 20-30 sales calls per week, qualified client visits and one new client per month.
